How do I book a tour?

Are the tours private?
Yes. The tuk tuk is only for your group: up to 3 people on most tours, and up to 5 people on the full day and Atlantic tours.
What languages do the guides speak?
Our local guides lead tours in English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Tell us your preference when you book and we will match you with the right guide.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour. If your plans change, contact us and we will happily move your booking to another day or time.
What happens if it rains?
A little rain rarely stops a tuk tuk! In case of extreme weather that makes the tour impossible or unsafe, we will offer you a new date — or a refund if you prefer.
Where does the tour start?
Tours start beside the Vímara Peres statue, next to Porto Cathedral (Calçada de Vandoma). Free pickup from your hotel or another agreed location in Porto is available on request — just send us your address after booking.
Are children welcome?
Of course — tuk tuks are a family favourite. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult and count towards the group size.
