Cancellations by you
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of your tour and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, and no-shows, are not refundable.
Changing your booking
You can reschedule your tour to another date or time free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, subject to availability. To change a booking, contact us at support@invictuktours.com or +351 910 011 787 with your booking details.
Cancellations by us
Occasionally we may have to cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control, such as severe weather or safety concerns. In that case you can choose between a full refund or rebooking the tour for another date at no extra cost.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. Depending on your bank, the amount is normally visible in your account within 5–10 business days.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Under EU and Portuguese consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date or period. The voluntary cancellation policy above applies instead.
